UKA and IDTA Ballroom and Latin American Licentiate qualified teacher and adjudicator, member of the British Dance Council and the Dance Promoters’ Association
Toni-Marie grew up in a dance school owned by her parents in the West Midlands and has experience of competing through medal and open competitions up to an international level. From 2005, when she turned 18 Toni-Marie worked on P&O cruises as a dance teacher and social dance host and since moving to Surrey has taught her own private lessons and classes as well as hosting social dances and competitive practices in Surrey. She started to run dance competitions in 2009 as TMFDance and her events are now amongst the best attended and most successful in the UK.
Victoria began her dancing career aged 10 in styles including Disco, Rock & Roll, Street-dance, Cheer-dance, Ballet, Tap, Modern & Ballroom & Latin. Since then, she has competed worldwide, representing Italy and England in both World Open and Closed Championships. Victoria is an associate member of the UKA and Licentiate member of the ABD and adjudicates and trains social dancers, medallists and competitors.
Dan, (Toni-Marie's husband) didn't start dancing until he was 21 but his love and commitment to Ballroom dancing has progressed him to 3 times over 35 British champion, United Kingdom champion, International finalist and world representative. A senior finance manager by day, in the evenings and weekends Dan takes great pleasure helping progress the dance school and partnering at medal competitions. Dan is working towards qualifying as an associate member.
Gary (Toni-Marie's dad) is an honorary dance addict and mentor to all of us. Owner of Foster School of Dance, Gary has a 50 year dance career and as well as being successful in his own dancing, he has trained many champions and is chairman of adjudicators at many of the biggest events in the UK. Gary comes down to Surrey to teach at the school and runs TMFDance promotions with Toni-Marie and Dan.
