So, what else have we been up to this month?
We were very lucky to be visited by world class coaches and past Champions Jennifer Hillier and Stephen Hillier MBE. The dancers had a wonderful evening learning and being inspired ands they can’t wait to put it in to practice at next competition in Ipswich. Battle of the Ballroom will be aired live on DSI TV so be sure to tune in! The children are looking forward to meeting the Strictly professionals!
Our adult social dancers had a great evening out at Kingston Working men’s club at Adelmo and Leah’s social dance party night. They danced the night away to Ballroom, Latin, and popular sequence music, provided by our very own Toni-Marie, and even learnt a few new line dances! They were also treated to a great Latin show by Leah and Adelmo!
Coming up! Friday 15th March we will be raising money for comic relief with ‘wear red to class day’ and we have just arranged an Easter social dance for our adults on 10th April. Keep an eye on our calendar for more exciting things coming up before the Summer!
